First - remove citation marks is my hand-done translation of polish
"usun znaki cytowania". This command should remove ">" from beginning of
lines. It works good for single marks, but not for the multiple ones.
Example:
[input]
> a
> b
>> c
>> d
>>> e
[output]
a
b
>> c
>> d
>>> e
[expected output]
a
b
> c
> d
>> e
