Names of attachments is not show correctly. For example (created by Thunderbird
2.0.0.22 (Windows/20090605)):

Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: inline;

KNode shows that as
"=?UTF-8?B?RFNDXzA0ODbQtC5KUEc=?="
Image is not shows too.
