Summary: New journals are not saved when 'ok' button is clicked - no warning given Product: kontact Version: 1.4.2 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: samt...@hotmail.com Version: 1.4.2 (using KDE 4.2.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Journal entries using templates are deleted when OK is clicked to add it and you navigate away to another date. To replicate: In kontact, click the 'journal' icon on the left hand side. select a date on the calendar and click new journal. Click manage templates, click to highlight a template, and click apply template. Enter some extra text if you want or just leave it with the preformatted template. Click OK. Click on another date. Click back on the date for which you just created a journal. Its gone - no trace that it ever existed. I suppose that this could be a 'feature', but it seems like a bug to me. When you click OK you can see the entry in the window on the right which makes you think that its there, but click away to another date and its deleted. I've been making journal entries for a week now and just realised that they've all been lost in this way. Thats the bug, hope this helps to fix it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
