setup kmail not to sent email immediately but to keep them in outbox until
manually sending them out
create a new mail with dest / object / message text
clic on send
the outbox indicates 1 new mail
now edit the mail in the outbox, then send it again
the outbox indicates 2 new mails ==> SHOULD STILL BE 1
get into another folder than back in the outbox
the outbox indicates 1 new mails ==> THIS IS NOW OK
now go to outbox and delete the mail in the outbox
the outbox indicates 1 new mail ==> SHOULD BE NONE
