I upgraded to KDE-4.4.4 and just got another completely different backtrace of
an out-of-the-blue Kontact crash:

Kontact just crashed out of the blue while I was not even using it. I was
reading some news with Firefox and suddenly Kontact crashed with the following
backtrace

Some days ago I upgraded to KDE 4.4.3 but Kontact still randomly crashes. It
just happened again with a backtrace similar to my initial report:
