I stopped desktop search, deleted the the nepomuk db, restarted search and all
was ok.
I have a copy of the DB if you want.
"~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk"

Virtuoso is related to Nepomuk.
Check that your installation is not broken (eg mixed packages from different
sources..)
