Okay, I start wondering, maybe I am in the wrong use case here.
If the original reported wanted an export for the full email as HTML then it
would include headers and different MIME parts.

With 5.24.4 it is still a problem.
With an email with Content-type: text/html, there is no way (I could find) to
save this as HTML file.
The use case is:
Robin wants to save an HTML email to a file to open it
