Bug ID: 339181 Summary: moving mails from cached imap to local folder leaves mails without RID Product: kmail2 Version: 4.14.0 Platform: Debian testing OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: lftab...@yahoo.es I have an imap account with "download imaps for offline use". Sometimes I move mails from this imap account to a local mail folder. In the UI, everything looks OK, I can read mails and everything seems correct. But checking the mail folder I discover that (some?) os the moved mails are not really there. There is a difference between the number of files and the total amount given by Kmail. The problem is that the mail are neither in the imap server (they have been moved away) nor the local folder (never really arrived there). They are on a "cache limbo" so this may end to data loss. If I perform akonadictl fsck I get a lot of "Item XXXXXX has no RID." I cannot reproduce it everytime, but seems to happen when moving a lot of files at once. Reproducible: Sometimes I put it as major, I have not lost data yet but I distrust the situation of these mails. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
