There is a side effect : if you use the feature to send an url from Firefox
then signature is before the URL !

No more problem.
I saw a new feature in kmail settings in "editing" in "General"
in "signature": "insérer la signature au-dessus du texte cité"
I ckecked it. this solves problem. No more need a custom model to
