Kerberos exchanges are encoded in ASN.1 not XML.

Kerberos messages are encoded in ASN.1/DER. I think an XML encoding for
ASN.1 would be neat and interesting, and useless unless widely adopted.
Embedding Kerberos messages in XML ones should not be too hard though --
just treat the Kerberos messages as opaque byte strings...
