Does 64bit version of KfW work with 32bit version app? Because for me
looks like 64bit version doesn't work with 32bit apps.

KFW 64-bit is for 64-bit applications. For 32-bit (WOW64) applications
you install the 32-bit KFW on the 64-bit W
