Afaik kernel-ark has no direct impact on RHEL8. kernel-ark impact future
releases (RHEL9 and onwards) as in theory they will be branched from ark at
some point in the future.

Why this should be RHEL-only? The bug says RHEL-9 before RHEL-8, but nothing
