I just tried to use Fedora 36 workstation to rebase an out-of-tree

Is there any workaround that will allow me to build an upstream kernel
on Fedora 36?
TIA

Wondering, though, if this is expected behavior, and I need to do
something specific to enable larger frames on an OVS bridge with kernel
4.10.
