on a second thought. if commit 6048fdcc5f269 makes a number of items non-
configurable, i guess it makes it for a reason. this way, should not we remove
these items from `redhat/configs

lib/crypto: add prompts back to crypto libraries
Commit 6048fdcc5f269 ("lib/crypto: blake2s: include as built-in") took
