I reset the approval rules, this is a no-op re-org. It does not change the most config files at all. The only change for RHEL is debug x86_64 kernels now set +CONFIG_HYPERV_TESTING=y as was acked by Prarit 2 years ago. Fedora also turns on a couple of additional debug items.
