Same issue here--but only with one particular audio CD. DVDs and other
audio CDs work fine. I have Ubuntu 12.04 kernel 3.5.0-47-generic. The
same CD causes the same problem on another laptop with a different CD
drive (same Ubuntu kernel). Syslog has this line for each time I insert
the CD:
