I also downloaded an old kernel, the v3.4-rc6-precise to test if it was
working in a past kernel, and it was working without problems.

At last I'm successfully installed 14.04.1 to my flashdisk then mainline
kernel 3.16 rc7 also succesfully installed.
But there is some odd messages, and the ending is Ambiance wallpaper
without anything. I have to hit power off button to shutdown laptop.

After upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04 on a Dell Vostro 3400 the Wi-Fi
network connection became unstable: no automatic connection on start up

One more thing you can do is to try a newer kernel + newer firmware.
3.16-rc6 would be a good choice or at least 3.15.X
You can also work with backport which will allow you to stay with your
current stable and yet to have the latest wireless stack.
