Hello. I've tried Linix Mint 18, Ubuntu Mate 16.04 - the problem appeared right after booting live image from USB stick. Ubuntu Mate 16.10 does not have the issue. So I've installed 16.10. The kernel from 16.10 does not fix Mint 18 and Ubuntu 16.04, so I think it is not a kernel code regression.
