In artful bzip2 is no longer allowed. The defaults for dpkg-deb are xz
level 6, which in my testing seems to be roughly the same speed as what
we're using now (ppa build time differences were within the noise). This
only actually applies to the main and extras packages anyway.

Javi, see comment 25 above I'm booting with a work around on the 9550 with
PM951.
However, also note that this bug shouldn't crash "on boot". I had a seperate
issue with the 9550 with tlp and external usb devices causing an on boot crash
which is not related to this. I recommend you run w/o any

Hi thanks for contacting me I'm pretty sure I deleted the Windows partition
by accident. I am looking into it. I am going to try and download Windows
10 (alone) from the Dell website and make a clean boot USB.
