Hi,
While trying to install Ubuntu 19.04 on Hyper-V (using this image
http://releases.ubuntu.com/19.04/ubuntu-19.04-live-server-amd64.iso), I
found out that the installation hanged and went to terminal. No data was
written to the VHDx file.
Tried multiple variations:

I'm leaving this as marked against libseccomp, as I don't understand why
it is redefining kernel header values as invalid numbers in its public
header file (so that other programs using its header files pull in those
invalid syscall numbers). I don't think it should but I'll leave the
decision to

Looks like it is the I2S codoc on your machine. First let us check if
your sound card is registered successfully.

I've applied the patch to the Ubuntu Bionic kernel, please re-test by
downloading and installing all the packages in:

confirmed it fixes a laggy desktop issue found in some OEM CML platforms
running on bionic image.
