Hey I am having lenovo14 iml and here my touchpad not working and not
getting detected by any of linux kernel.
i did search a lot and tried many grub parameters no luck i found a
kernel on a thread (5.9.0-rc4+_5.9.0-rc4+-4_amd64.deb by kai-heng) This
is the only kernel where

attached to /dev/ttyS4. If I use gpsd to create /dev/pps0, gpsd fails to
see PPS data. If I disable gpsd and create /dev/pps0 with ldattach, any
app or tool run against ttyS4 works fine and does see the CTS
I have the same audio card [8086:9d71] on Lenovo Yoga C930. Audio was
working on Focal with 5.4 kernel with snd_hda_intel driver, but the
microphone was not. I managed to get it working by following this guide:

The biggest pain
This is old, but I found the issue was related to avahi autoip and
disabled it, problem solved.

Nope,
The reason: I return back to LTS version and reinstalled it from the
scratch.
Laptop is a for production I couldn't continue with that bug and other
problems.
LTS 20.04.2 DOES NOT HAVE THESE PROBLEMS.
