adding a dummy interface fails.

First my wifi wasn't working at all (but bluetooth was), and after I disabled

Thanks you for you attention. During night I fixed the issue.
I decided to update from 22.04 -> 22.10 Ubuntu. Then I added settings of module
in conf file /etc/modprobe.d/i915.conf and automatically generated
/etc/X11/xorg.conf file. I will send them later.

The actual firmware get from the machine is 0x07 0x01. How do you
identify it is the latest one. The mail that user send to Dell will
contain HW info?
