I see that memory cgroup is not enabled:

I don't know how to reopen this, but I have same problem on Dell Latitude 7490
with new kernels as well.
I tried all kernels from 5.11 -> 5.19 and 6.1.
Adding i915.enable_dc=0 and other directives suggested here does not help at
all.
System always freeze at some point (1-3 hours usually).
