This morning, I installed the 6.5.0-18 updates on my Jammy system and
rebooted. After rebooting, I'm unable to boot from my encrypted SSD.
It reports that my passphrase is incorrect. Reverting back to 6.5.0-17
doesn't have this problem.

I have the same issue as Nickolas, turning off the computer does not
help.
The device is also the same: Intel AX200 8087:0029. Mine is on a desktop
motherboard.

I can confirm that booting with "apparmor=0" added to kernel command line works
around the issue.
This host runs lxd containers, so from the security standpoint running it
without apparmor is not acceptable. However this proves there is an apparmor
bug.

Hello Andrew, this is confusing, based on the segfault from the
maintainer scripts, I was expecting to see more evidence of memory
failure or disk failure in your logs, but they look reasonable enough.
It might still be worth running memtest86 overnight or over the weekend,
just to be sure.

I can confirm this issue on Ubuntu 23.10 x86_64 6.5.0-17-generic, with
Seagate Mobile HDD ST1000LM035-1RK172 (LCM2).
When I switched back to kernel 6.5.0-15, that strange "click" noise
disappeared.
