basically entails is blacklisting hid_multitouch (or disabling it in the
kernel and recompiling), which according to other forums seems to have
an effect on some touchpads, but has no effect
Touchpad MSFT0001:00 04F3:3140 is dead on 5.8 rc5 as well.
