Same as Bug 1233720 I tried: sudo apt-get install -f sudo apt-get clean sudo apt-get update but that didn't helped. I also tried repair the package catalog in software center but it couldn't repair anything. Apt-get doesn't let me install enything before I repaire the package catalog. Should I

I tried fixing broken apt-get -f install purging, removing the package and nothing helped. I found one working solution in a forum which bypasses the broken package. If anyone needs installing anything after this bug occured (while we are waiting for fix) you need to temporary bypass the

Edit: don't remove all packages containing the words linux, generic and raring !!! basically just remove the packages linux-image-generic-lts-raring and linux-image-3.8.0-31-generic and another package witch is similar to these two (have forgotten the exact name). Update: After I deleted 3
