AMD has fixed a similar issue on other platforms. This fix is different
on each hardware, and ASIC. AMD may have to take a look at the actual
hardware to fix it.

There is an inconsistency, insofar that we never resolved the hardware
private bug 979884, but we marked the same hardware certified on the
