hpsa driver needs more Gen9 PCI ID's

The command `apport-collect 1337516` fails for me. I get the following
message:
ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: [Errno 110] Connection timed out
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/mikem/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
No such file exists on my system. I thought
