Same or very similar problem. I've tried installing older kernels all the way
back to $ uname -r
4.20.17-042017-lowlatency and intel wifi is still non-functional.

Encountered this as well. I have several TeamCity docker build agents
which stopped working after updating the host machine, which is a Ubuntu
Server 1804 Virtual Machine on Azure. Downgrading the Linux kernel fixed
it for me.

I also suffer from this issue for a long time. All my computers work
fine, however my Ubuntu homeserver running virtual machines have
problems when I try to connect to them over IPv6 locally. They work at
first and then suddenly it stops working due to the neighbour

I'm having a similar issue. I have disabled Route Advertisement
(accept_ra=0) in sysctl.conf file, but at boot I still get a default
IPv6 route to my router with an RA flag, which means it was assigned
using a ra.
The default route expires soon after the boot, as it does not get
renewed. This show
