Had the same issue for some time, until I've "fixed it"

Steps taken:
1. turn on Bluetooth on device.
2. put Jabra BT2050 on pairing mode.
3. click on Jabra BT2050... in Bluetooth setting on device
4. prompted with new page, click on Connect button.
5. New popover
Lenovo G700. Ubuntu 14.04. Bluetooth doesn't work.
