All I know is that I used my laptop on battery power until I got a
notification saying that the battery level was critically low and the
machine was automatically suspended. After plugging in the power and
turning it back on again I got this error message asking me to submit a
report.

NB: While the machine was suspended, before pluging in the power line, I
removed the secondary harddisk from the laptop. This is probably not
related, since the harddrive was not even mounted at the time the
machine was suspended. But I mention it just in case.
