On Noble, i just got a new thermald package : 2.5.5-1
and after a reboot, the log now is:

That issue was due to faulty fwts packages (fwts, fwts-frontend and
fwts-efi-runtime-dkms)
. After purging those, the reported issue is now gone.

FWTS packages (fwts, fwts-frontend and fwts-efi-runtime-dkms) was the
real issue ending to several problems: kernel installation failing to
configurate, unremovable packages (partials that cant be purged)
So purging these tree packages has resolved the problem reported here.
