64bit raspberry pi 4&4 image pulled
Setting total_mem=2048 in /boot/firmware/usercfg.txt allowed me to boot
Pi4 4GB with 19.10 64bit with working USB. Of course I have less RAM
now, but working USB.
Likely the above patch will fix it.

xinput sees only one input device (PS/2 Synaptics TouchPad) instead of two

a very large variation. The locking can happen at any time during the first
5 or 10 minutes of use or up to 3 hours after
