Sometimes the encrypted USB drive takes 12 secs to get to the password
screen, sometimes 2 secs.
This is on a regular non-admin user account.
Please reopen the case.

With BIOS A05 07/26/2012, it takes 15.2 secs to get the password screen
of the encrypted USB drive.
With BIOS A09 02/01/2013, it takes 2.3 secs to get the password screen
of the encrypted USB drive.
That is a significant improvement.
Note that repeat attempts on A05 do not take 15.2 secs, more
peterzay, it would appear this issue is BIOS driven, which wouldn't be
something that can be further addressed given it's now almost near
immediate. Would it be ok if we close this report as Status Invalid?
