Unfortunately the issue was due to old hardware. I believe the CPU was faulty and it caused lot of problem with booting. Even after booting, the system fails unexpectedly. I upgraded my hardware recently and didn't have any problem after that. So, we can mark this as resolved for now. -- You rec
