  btrfs filesystem balance <device> <path> results in Kernel BUG

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Added a new device to an existing btrfs volume.
  Running a balance operation results in the Kernel BUG attached.
  From a few quick Google Searches, it appears to be a know bug with the 
specific Kernel Version in use and a patch with the fix should have been added 
to 3.11.4.
