Done.
When the problem originally occurred, I was using 12.04 LTS which had
been upgraded from 10.04 LTS. Since then I have performed a clean
install of 12.04 LTS. apport-collect was performed on the clean install.
I have not encountered the problem in a while. I am not
apport information
