The touchpad on my new XPS 13 Developer edition is detected as "DLL060A:00 
06CB:2734" when I installed Ubuntu 13.10. The touchpad previously worked with 
the default the Ubuntu 12.04 install and further live boots of 12.04 show the 
touchpad still working. I have made multiple attempts to clean reinstall 13.1 
have failed to fix the touchpad issues. The output of xinput list:
