I reboot and load from grub kernel-3.16.0-17-generic, the kernel that
was working right, but now also fails.
If this is not a kernel issue, which other package can I verify?

Create the file /etc/pm/config.d/gma500 with this line:
ADD_PARAMETERS='--quirk-vbestate-restore'
But doesn't work for me :-(

I just update the BIOS to latest version from asus web. This is the
