Hi, newer kernel did not help, it seems it is known bug of AMD970 chipset.
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="iommu=soft" is a known workaround.

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
