just update of dmesg after a couple of hours - luckily these are now
only soft resets - when I enable NCQ hard resets are also occuring:

...I've trief generic kernels 3.19, 4.0, 4.1RC2 and low latency 3.18 -
the issue persists in all of them. I also tried to set the boot option
noacip and modprobe no acpi. However, all of this did not bring any
improvements...
