Any solution to this? - I'm passing net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0 but
after the latest apt-get upgrade, it is ignored :( --

The desired behaviour can be achieved by adding the following to the
default boot options:
biosdevname=0 net.ifnames=0

v4.5 kernel[0].
