I am a returning member of the ubuntu community. Have not used Ubuntu
since a few years now I had windows 7 till now and Bluetooth worked
fine. Even after upgrading to 4.6. no bluetooth.
Bluetooth manager says " Connection to bluetooth failed"

prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
