Tommy_CZ, to confirm this isn't an upstream issue, is this reproducible
via http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ ?

When you mention the latest Ubuntu kernel, are you refering to the
latest Xenial or Yakkety kernel?
Xenial is based off of 4.4 and Yakkety is based off of 4.8.

Bios did not help. It happens with latest ubuntu kernel but does not in
upstream kernel 4.8.2.

Can you see if this issue happens with the 4.4.14 kernel? It can be downloaded
from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.4.14-xenial/
If it doesn't happen with 4.4.14, we can bisect between 4.4.14 and
4.4.15.
Thanks
