The driver sha1-powerpc fails all tests in the crypto API test manager.
The driver was not written with little endian support.

The simplest steps to check the problem is to recompile the kernel with
the crypto API test manager enabled (since it's disabled by default on
Xenial) and then load the sha1-powerpc driver.
