Title:
i40e: add device ID for X722 Intel NIC

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  [Impact]

Without the device id, the 4.4 kernel does not recognize the X722
Intel NIC PCI id, and does not drive the device with the i40e driver.

  [Test Case]

On a system with the X722 hardware Intel NIC, load the i40e driver.
It will not detect the X722 NIC. After applying the patches, the i40e
driver will detect the NIC and create interfaces for it.

  [Regression Potential]

Changes to the i40e driver may cause problems with existing i40e NICs,
although the patches are small and should not have any side effects.
