Just a note that I'm seeing far less skb_warn_bad_offload warnings in Xenial with the last 3 or 4 official 4.10 kernels (4.10.0-42, 4.10.0-40, 4.10.0-38, etc). Sometimes I don't see any warnings for a week or so, sometimes a few pop out. So it looks much better now, I'm just not sure it is fixed
