Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.14 kernel[
Also, can you add some additional details to the bug description. What
activity are you doing when the freeze happens? Is it the graphics that
freezes, or the entire system, etc?

My laptop freezing after upgrade to 17.10 and its happening when I'm just
surfing to the internet.
Its freezing at all. I try ctrl+alt+f1 but nothing. No mouse move, nothing.
