  X1 Carbon 6th gen S0i3 sleep broken

Bug description:
  Recent kernel claims S0i3 patch, but this mode is not currently engage
  "out of the box" on latest patch levels of 18.04. Sleep consumes 2-3
  watts instead of 0.1.
