A) I know you are confuse this bug, because the Atheros is have two
interfaces in one device, firstly it had Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565
Wireless Network Adapter and second it had AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0
1. This bug happened on the wireless network, sometime when the wireless
handle high traffic like
Kafabih Rahmat:
A) Regarding your comment:
>"When I turned on the bluetooth and connected to my bluetooth mouse
It's happened random segmentation fault. The bluetooth device is Atheros
AR3012."
Two follow up questions:
1. To advise, the scope of this report is regarding your wireless network
1) When I turned on the bluetooth and connected to my bluetooth mouse
It's happened random segmentation fault. The bluetooth device is Atheros
AR3012.
2) When I use kernel 4.18-rc segmentation fault not appear on dmesg but
it still happened that affect the wireless network connection.
3)
Kafabih Rahmat:
1) To confirm a regression, did this issue start to happen after an
update? if so, which and when precisely?
2) To keep this relevant to upstream, please continue to test latest
mainline kernel (now 4.18-rc1) as it becomes available. Could you please
advise?
3) There is no need
Another bug I found this on dmesg
[ 1972.273994] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlp2s0: link becomes ready
[ 2804.474189] perf: interrupt took too long (2548 > 2500), lowering
